Mimanagish is what many consider to be a "thin place."  Surrounded by trees, cabins are rustic with bunk beds and wood stoves.  For the same fee, you can tent or RV for privacy (no hookups at this time). There are a very small number of bedrooms with indoor bathrooms available with priority to people with physical disabilities. There is a communal bathhouse.  There is no cell service or internet to disturb the tranquility of the whispering pines and rushing river.  There is over half a mile of stream-side river access and fishing is permitted with required license (available for purchase in Big Timber or Livingston).  There are miles of high alpine hiking trails accessible directly from and nearby camp.
